Cullen

Based on a sketch by Chandler McLellan, the Cullen family explores silhouettes inspired by the beauty of Scottish dry stone construction. The dry stone technique appears rugged, yet it requires a precise understanding of balance. To give the Cullen floor lamp this sense of organic tension, some of the ‘stones’ are intentionally placed off-center. The elongated totemic profile of the sconce is framed by a metal circular backplate, adding an element of contrast to the monolithic design. Part of our Chandler McLellan collection.
